ብጉር

ብጉር ማለት የጸጉር መውጫ ቀዳዳዎች ከቆዳ ስር በሚገኙ የወዝ እጢዎች በሚመነጭ ቅባት ወይም ወዝ እና በሞቱ የቆዳ ህዋሳት በብዛት መከማቸትና በቀዳዳው መደፈን የሚፈጠር እባጭ ነው። በርካታ ጥናቶች ጭንቀት ብጉርን ከማባባሱም በላይ የቆዳ ጤንነት ችግር ላይ እንዲወድቅ ያደርጋል ይላሉ።

ብጉር በጣም ከተለመዱት የቆዳ ችግሮች ውስጥ አንዱ ነው። ዕድሜ ዘርና ጾታ ሳይገድበው ሁሉንም ያጠቃል። ቆዳችን ላይ ብዙ ጥቃቅን ቀዳዳዎች አሉ። በነዚህ ቀዳዳዎች ውስጥ ደግሞ ቅባታማ ፈሳሽ የሚያመነጩ ዕጢዎች አሉ። የቅባታማ ፈሳሽና የቀዳዳዎቹ ጥቅም የሞቱ የቆዳችን ህዋሳትን ለማስወገድ ነው፡፡
ሆኖም በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች እነዚህ ቀዳዳዎች ሲዘጉ ቅባታማ ፈሳሹ በቆዳችን ውስጥ ስለሚጠራቀም ብጉር ይፈጠራል፡፡ የተጠራቀመው ቅባትም ለህዋሳት መራባት ዕድል ስለሚከፍት አንዳነዴ መግል ይይዛል፡፡

የጸጉር መውጫ ቀዳዳዎች ከ ‘ስቤሸስግላንድ’ (Sebaceous gland) ጋር የተያያዙ ናቸው፡
እነዚህ እጢዎች ሴበም (Sebum) የሚባል ንጥረነገር ሲያመነጩ ንጥረነገሩም በጸጉር መውጫ ቀዳዳ ወደላይ ወደቆዳ የሚወጣ እና ቆዳችን ላይ የሚያርፍ ነው። የብጉር መፈጠር የቆዳ ህዋሳትን ያበዛል። ይህ እባጭ የጸጉር መውጫ ቀዳዳዎችን ግርግዳ በመግፋት (whiteheads) ነጫጭ የብጉር ሽፍታዎች ሲፈጥር የቀዳዳዎችን ግርግዳ በመጎተት ደግሞ ጥቋቁር የብጉር ሽፍታዎች (blackheads) ቆዳችን ላይ ሊፈጥር ይችላል።
